Final plans submitted for house on Isla!

Long time no post...we are very busy getting our house ready for sale!  We had made a decision to rent the house before our move to Mexico, but we have changed our minds about that.  Too much of a hassle being a landlord from so far away, plus we just want to make a clean break to start our new life!

We are sooooooooo excited about everything mostly the house on Isla!  Joe Mendez, our hero at Pearl Realty is making this all happen for us for which we will be eternally grateful!

So here are the FINAL plans for the house and we think it is just beautiful!  We have gone thru many changes since the begining back in February.  From a one bedroom and one bath to two bedrooms and two baths and fabulous roof deck!

Here's what it looks like!  Can't wait to have Xmas in the new house!
